I think once Inkscape supports that CSS stuff (?) you could set up something along the lines of what the Tango guys have done (mediawiki/moinmoin wiki) and make it available. Better still you could chat with the Tango people about including some of your stuff, but I suppose that wouldn't be <em>"defining my open source graphics contributions"</em> then anymore...
